What if the state changes the form?
We change it. That's what the $39 is for. Regulators revise these things and you shouldn't have to notice.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
We send you every form you've filed as PDFs and a spreadsheet, then delete it. You don't have to ask twice and there's no fee for it.
Do my techs need an account?
No. They open a link and fill it in. Nobody is signing into anything on a roof with one bar of signal.
Does it work with no signal?
It holds the form on the phone and sends when the signal comes back. This is the whole reason it isn't just a web form.
Is it really only $39 however many people use it?
Yes. Charging you more for hiring someone is a strange way to run a business.
What if it doesn't save us time?
Use it for a month and tell us. We refund the $399 and cancel the rest. We'd rather hear that than keep billing you.
